Carver of fine hardwoods, clay, stone and bronze the shark is his favourite subject.
The scalloped hammerhead shark is an expression of grace, strength and beauty.

at the 2023 Atlantic Carving Show.
At age 50, Peter started wooden boatbuilding at Covey Island Boatworks. Nova Scotia had just started a Boatbuilding Apprenticeship Program which Peter completed at Dagley's Boatworks.
He managed Norseboats in Lunenburg until he opened Mahone Bay Boatworks and marketed the Redden Catboat 14.
